Youth track and field is an engaging athletic program designed for young individuals, typicall ages 7 to 18, to develop their running, jumping, and throwing skills. This sport emphasizes physical fitness, teamwork, and personal growth, allowing participants to compete in various events such as sprints, distance races, long jump, shot put, and relay races.
